About me
For 18 years, I built and led a global organisation from the ground up, raising over £8 million and reaching more than 180 million people worldwide. I operated under scrutiny, led large teams, navigated high-stakes decisions, and advised governments, brands and global institutions. Alongside that leadership experience, I have supported world leaders, members of royal families, CEOs, founders and public figures, often during moments of pressure, transition or quiet internal conflict.
Success did not make me immune to internal struggle. I have experienced reputational attack, personal adversity and the psychological weight that comes with leading at scale. My early life was marked by instability and challenge; experiences that shaped my understanding of resilience, identity and self-worth long before I had language for them. I understand what it is to carry responsibility outwardly while navigating complexity privately.
My work is not purely motivational. It is not surface-level performance optimisation. It is structured, psychologically informed and strategically precise.
I integrate executive coaching, NLP, depth psychology, somatic work, guided visualisation and breathwork and, where legally appropriate, expanded-state facilitation (psychedelics). The objective is not temporary relief. It is internal alignment, decisive clarity and sustained capacity.
Today, I work privately with a small number of clients globally. Most come to me during moments of transition: scaling beyond their original identity, rebuilding after reputational or relational rupture, recalibrating leadership from the inside out, or seeking depth beyond external success.
This work requires honesty, commitment and readiness.
If you are looking for surface-level coaching, I am not the right fit. If you are ready for meaningful internal change and the external shifts that follow, I welcome you.
In addition to my executive coaching practice, I also lead HALI™ Coaching, which focuses on spiritual development and integration. I am the founder of the HALI Foundation, an organisation advocating for harm reduction, open-source education and responsible policy reform within therapeutic psychedelic frameworks. These parallel bodies of work deepen my understanding of human transformation, but my executive practice remains grounded, strategic and confidential.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Because I have lived the tension between external success and internal strain.
I have led at scale, carried scrutiny and navigated personal adversity all simultaneously. I know what it feels like to be outwardly composed while internally complex.
I care about helping capable people build lives that are not only successful but internally coherent. I believe that life has much to offer in terms of personal growth and development and that people often get caught up in the world of work, whilst neglecting their inner climate. I am passionate about combining the two.
-
Depth requires focus.
I work with a limited number of clients at any time to protect confidentiality, quality and presence. This is not a volume business. It is a precision practice.
-
Most coaching focuses on performance tactics.
I work at the level beneath performance: identity, nervous system regulation, internal conflict and decision architecture.
I combine lived executive leadership with structured psychological training. I have operated under scrutiny, navigated seven-figure decisions, led large teams and carried public responsibility. My work is direct, strategic and depth-oriented. It is not superficial. It is not passive listening. It is structured intervention designed to recalibrate how you think, decide and lead.
I work specifically with high achievers because I understand the psychological and operational realities they face. From high-stakes negotiations to public visibility and the pressure of carrying responsibility for others, I know the terrain from the inside.

Whilst no coach can ever guarantee outcomes, typically my clients leave with a deeper connection to themselves, their needs and purpose. Stronger boundaries and healthier relationships. A balanced nervous system with tools to stay regulated. Increased capacity for emotion, depth and intimacy. Reduced burnout and increased capacity, resilience and performance.
My goal is to equip each client with the ability to coach themselves so that they are not reliant on me, or anyone else, in the long-term.This work is not abstract. We define objectives, establish benchmarks and review progress regularly. The impact is both measurable and experiential.
-
Those seeking quick fixes.
Those unwilling to examine themselves honestly.
Those resistant to challenge or accountability.
Those looking for surface-level motivation.
Those expecting me to make decisions for them.
This work requires readiness, self-responsibility and the capacity to engage with what is uncomfortable.
As your coach, I create a confidential, psychologically safe environment. I will also be direct. You will be challenged. Growth demands it.
-
Completely.
I work with individuals for whom discretion is non-negotiable. No client names are published without explicit consent. Conversations remain private.
I only break confidentiality in extreme circumstances where there is a possibility of imminent harm.

In my executive practice, altered states accessed via psychedelics are not required and are never the starting point.
Where legally appropriate and clinically safe, I may support integration or structured altered-state facilitation through aligned frameworks. This is always handled responsibly and within compliant contexts. This style of intervention is provided by my practice, HALI™ Coaching.
The core of my work does not depend on psychedelics. It depends on disciplined psychological work.

While both are guided by me, they serve different intentions.
My private coaching here is focused on high-level personal transformation through deep psychological work, identity shifts, and embodied leadership. It’s grounded, strategic and designed for those navigating success, responsibility and complex life transitions.
HALI™ Coaching is a dedicated pathway for those intentionally working with expanded or altered states of consciousness; such as breathwork or psychedelic experiences, in partnership with structured coaching frameworks. It is designed for deeper spiritual inquiry, integration and transformational work beyond conventional models.
Both are trauma-informed and rooted in rigorous methodology. The difference lies in the orientation: one centres on high-performance and life architecture; the other centres on consciousness exploration and integration.
If you’re unsure which is right for you, we can explore that together in a consultation.
